THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING FIT

Nowadays most people worry a lot about their health.One way to have good health is keeping yourself fit.It is true that people who do sport and people who make diets,make really big efforts to keep they fit.Keeping yourself fit has got some advantages and others disadvantages.

If you keep yorself fit,you are going to have a better health. Also you will feel that the years pass on you slower.Another benefict of keeping fit is that yoy can have a good physical condition ,which will provide you beneficts for some parts of your body.

On the other hand,keeping fit also have some disadvantages,It takes you a lot of your time and you have to be carefull because you can get obsesed with sport and food.

On conclusion,we can say that keepin fit has got more advantages than disadvantages,but you have tobe carefull to not get obsesed with food or with doing so many sport.
